In light of the delay in discovery due to Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant's change in counsel [ 78, 81, 83 ], the Court alters the discovery schedule in this case as follows: 1) written discovery requests to be issued by 10/22/25; 2) fact discovery deadline of 3/2/26.
