MINUTE entry before the Honorable Matthew F. Kennelly: Plaintiff's claims against defendant Wernnsai Direct are dismissed with prejudice and without costs pursuant to the parties' stipulation. Plaintiff's motion for entry of default against Wernnsai [77] and motion to strike [78] are denied as moot. Because all defendants have now been disposed of by judgment or dismissal the Clerk is directed to terminate the case. The motion by defendant Vinyl Frog to vacate default judgment [86] remains pending. With regard to that motion the Court grants the joint motion to stay [89] and vacates the motion hearing date of 3/17/2025. The case is set for a telephonic status hearing on 4/18/2025 at 8:50 AM.
