MINUTE entry before the Honorable John Robert Blakey: Plaintiff initially filed a complaint seeking to sue 72 separate defendants in this single copyright infringement suit, see 1, 2. Once the case was reassigned to this Court, however, Plaintiff filed an amended complaint, which names just one entity Defendant and those individuals and entities operating the Defendant entity, and thus avoids any joinder issues.
