For the reasons stated on the record, Plaintiff's ex parte motion for leave to temporarily seal documents [5], [11], ex parte motion for entry of a (1) temporary restraining order, (2) asset restraining order, (3) expedited discovery order, and (4) service of process by email [7], and motion to exceed page limitation [10] are granted. Enter Sealed Temporary Restraining Order. The Clerk's Office is directed to maintain the following documents under seal until further order of this Court: (1) Schedule A to complaint [2], and (2) Exhibit 2 to Declaration of Plaintiff [9]. The Temporary Restraining Order shall be maintained under seal until further order of the Court.
