ORDER: In accordance with the accompanying order, plaintiff's motion [14] for a temporary restraining order is denied without prejudice for want of a meaningful, fact-specific analysis of infringement. Plaintiff's motion [13] for leave to serve process electronically is denied without prejudice as premature. Plaintiff may renew its motion for leave to serve process electronically after it has propounded discovery to third parties providing services to defendants. If it wishes to do so, plaintiff has until and including September 18, 2025, to file a memorandum analyzing the propriety of joinder in a defendant-by-defendant manner and cite the page(s) in the record that individually support its contentions as to each individual defendant. Signed by the Honorable Joan B. Gottschall on 9/4/2025. Mailed notice |
