It determines, within its discretion, that plaintiff has failed to satisfy its burden to show that joinder of 9 defendants is proper in this matter under Fed. R. Civ. P. 20(a)(2). See the attached order for further details. Accordingly, the Court dismisses defendant Nos. 2-9 without prejudice. The case will proceed against defendant No. 1. Plaintiff is granted leave to file an amended complaint in accordance with this Order by November 5, 2025. The remaining motions 8 13 14 are all denied without prejudice to renewal. Mailed notice.
